What you are buying
Six racers are always free. Premium racers cost CA$3.99 each (shown in your local currency where available), with any sales tax included in the price. A purchase unlocks that racer permanently on your TROLLEY account. Purchases need an account (13 and over) and must be made by an adult or with a parent or guardian's permission.
Change-of-mind refunds
- Request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, whether or not you have used the racer.
- Each account can receive up to 3 approved change-of-mind refunds per rolling 30 days. Each item counts separately, including items bought together.
Problems with a purchase
If a racer you paid for is missing, something is faulty, or you were charged twice, contact us. These are fixed or refunded and never count toward the change-of-mind allowance. Refunds the law requires are always honoured.
What a refund does
A full refund removes the access that purchase gave. A separately bought or gifted copy stays yours, and your other purchases are unaffected. While a payment dispute or refund is open, access to the affected racer may be paused. Partial refunds are reviewed by hand. Refunds go back to your original payment method, in the currency you paid.
How to ask
Use Settings → Support & Policies in the game, or email [email protected] with your account email and what you bought. We aim to reply within 48 hours and usually the same day.
Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.
